1. Definitions
Customer / User: any individual or legal entity browsing the website https://www.oneroadtrip.com/.
Website: refers to the website https://www.oneroadtrip.com/.
Services: all functionalities offered by OneRoadTrip, including viewing, creating, importing, modifying and saving travel itineraries, as well as redirection to third-party providers.
Content: all elements on the Website (texts, images, maps, itineraries, data, graphics, logos, videos).
Third-party providers: external platforms accessible via links on the Website (accommodations, transportation, activities, insurance, etc.).
Personal data: any information that directly or indirectly identifies an individual, as defined by GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

3. Purpose and Nature of Services
The Website provides a travel and road trip planning assistance tool. OneRoadTrip allows users to: view pre-designed itineraries, create, modify or import custom itineraries, visualize itineraries on maps, save and export routes, and access redirection links to third-party providers.
OneRoadTrip is neither a travel agency, nor a tour operator, nor a booking intermediary under the French Tourism Code. The Website does not organize trips, does not sell any tourism services, and does not participate in contracts between Users and third-party providers. Any booking (accommodation, transport, activity, insurance, etc.) is concluded directly and exclusively between the User and the relevant provider.
4. Automated Tools and Generated Content
Some Website features rely on automated processing, particularly to: structure public information, convert content provided by Users, and propose logically organized itineraries.
These tools are solely intended to facilitate planning. They do not constitute professional advice or a guarantee of accuracy. The User retains full responsibility for decisions made based on displayed information.
Some features use artificial intelligence technologies to structure or suggest content. These tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate results. Automatically generated suggestions are in no way verified recommendations. Users must validate and verify all generated information before using it to plan their trip.
5. Accuracy of Information – Itineraries
Itineraries on the Website, whether pre-designed, imported, generated or modified by the User, are provided for informational purposes only and are non-binding.
Information displayed on the Website (distances, travel times, opening hours, prices, availability, access conditions, weather, local regulations) may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect at the time of viewing. OneRoadTrip does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information.
EXTERNAL SOURCES: Some displayed data comes from third-party sources (OpenStreetMap, routing services, tourism databases, etc.) over which OneRoadTrip has no control. OneRoadTrip disclaims all responsibility for the accuracy, availability, or updating of this external data.
ITINERARY SAFETY: Proposed itineraries do not account for actual traffic conditions, temporary closures, roadworks, weather conditions, local restrictions, or security situations. Users are solely responsible for verifying the feasibility and safety of their route before and during travel. OneRoadTrip recommends consulting travel advisories from official government sources for international destinations.
It is the User's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy, timeliness, and suitability of information before any departure or booking, particularly through official websites, relevant providers, and local authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
OneRoadTrip cannot be held liable for:
- errors, omissions, or inaccuracies affecting an itinerary;
- subsequent changes (schedules, closures, prices, access conditions);
- direct or indirect consequences related to itinerary use (delays, cancellations, additional costs, lost bookings, material or immaterial damages);
- inaccuracy of data from third-party sources;
- results produced by automated tools or artificial intelligence.
The User remains solely responsible for organizing their trip, regulatory compliance (visa, health, safety), and their choices and bookings.
LIABILITY CAP: Should OneRoadTrip's liability be engaged despite these limitations, the total amount of damages that may be claimed shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for use of the Website during the twelve (12) preceding months, or failing that, a flat-rate sum of €100.
7. Website Availability
OneRoadTrip strives to provide continuous access to the Website, without however guaranteeing permanent or uninterrupted availability. The Website may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or any other technical reason, without prior notice or compensation.
8. Hyperlinks and Affiliation
The Website contains hyperlinks to third-party sites. Some of these may be redirection or affiliate links. Clicking these links may result in compensation for OneRoadTrip, with no impact on the price paid by the User.
OneRoadTrip is not a party to contracts concluded with third-party providers, does not guarantee services or their proper execution, and disclaims all liability for services provided by these third parties.
9. Intellectual Property
All Website Content is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation without prior written authorization is prohibited.
10. Personal Data
OneRoadTrip complies with current regulations (GDPR). Collected data is used solely for Website operation, service improvement, and internal statistical analysis.
Users have rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, and portability. Requests may be sent to: contact@oneroadtrip.com. Complaints may also be filed with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
11. Cookies
The Website uses cookies necessary for operation and user experience improvement. Users may configure their browser to refuse all or some cookies, which may limit certain features.
12. Force Majeure
OneRoadTrip cannot be held liable for total or partial non-performance of its obligations if such non-performance is due to force majeure, including: natural disasters, pandemics, armed conflicts, strikes, telecommunications network failures, cyberattacks, or any other circumstance beyond OneRoadTrip's reasonable control.
13. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and unless otherwise required by law, the courts of Nice shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
